Alvear's Pedro Ximénez sweet vinegar is made from generous aged wine, from the D.O Montilla-Moriles, with a notable contribution to its aroma and palate from the incorporation of Pedro Ximénez raisin wine. Aged in American oak wood by the criaderas and solera system, with periodic sacas and decantations for more than 5 years, this product is ideal for warm salads with cheese and desserts based on wild red fruits. Always use it with moderation.
