How much is the minimum order I can place?

We have no minimum order but for shipping to be free, your basket will have to be greater than €70.

How much are the shipping costs?

The standard shipping cost is €6.50. For purchases over €70, shipping costs to mainland Spain are free.

IMPORTANT! For shipments to Switzerland, the costs Customs and duties will be assumed and paid by the customer.

What is the exchange or return policy?

Exchanges and/or returns will only be accepted in the event that there has been an error with the order on the part of the company. Either due to not receiving it correctly, being in poor condition or defective. In that case, the company will be responsible for collecting the order and shipping the new one in perfect condition.

What are the turnaround times?

Within mainland Spain, orders received from Monday to Friday before 1:00 p.m. will be prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed on Sundays and holidays will be prepared and shipped on the next business day

For the Balearic Islands the delivery time is 48/72 hours. No shipments are made to the Canary Islands.

What can I do if my order has arrived in poor condition?
