This soft cheese with a bloomy rind, called "triple crème", is made with whole milk enriched with cream. It brings floral and fresh mushroom notes in the mouth, with an ultra smooth and creamy texture.Another peculiarity of Boursault is its lack of rind. It is simply covered with a light ivory-colored powdery veil. This is due to the choice of ferments that form the surface flora, the ripening conditions and the high humidity of the cheese.
