The origin of this Iberian ham comes from the best acorn-fed Iberian pigs. It is very important to emphasize the diet that the animal has followed throughout its life. It is very important that the pig has been fed only on acorns in order to acquire the label of acorn-fed Iberian ham in the final product. At Casa Ortega we produce our acorn-fed Iberian ham with pigs that have been 100% fed with this ingredient. The elaboration of this product follows a very careful process.
