The different species of boletus, boletus edulis, boletus aereus, boletus pinicola are one of the most valued edible mushrooms when dried. They are delivered in thin natural dehydrated slices that contain all the aroma of fresh boletus. The aroma it gives personality to a multitude of dishes: rice and pasta, poultry and game, fish and seafood, soups, meat and fish stews, stews, to season sauces and as a garnish for dishes.
hOW TO HYDRATE DRIED MUSHROOMS?
By boiling them in water for 1 minute or leaving them to soak for 1 hour, once hydrated they can be used as if they were fresh and their size will increase approximately 10 times (10g of dehydrated mushrooms = 100g of fresh mushrooms).
