After a vinification on lees of the Albariño variety and a fresh maceration of 28 selected plants, among which the Herbón-Padrón bell pepper stands out, St. Petroni Blanco is born. A white vermouth of pale yellow color with mineral touches, outstanding citrus and very fresh herbaceous notes. The palate is balanced, structured and very fresh, highlighting a broad and elegant aftertaste of spicy sweetness.
