This wine is a very significant symbol of the Dehesa del Carrizal winery. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. All the raw material, i.e. the grapes, were vinified in selected French oak barrels. As a result, we obtain a great balsamic wine with very light licorice notes.From Casa Ortega, we recommend pairing it with typical dishes of the area, such as the famous asadillo de La Mancha or the acclaimed Almagro eggplants.
