The grapes come from our vineyards, which are over 50 years old. They are plots of Tempranillo with traditional training in glass and free-standing, harvested by hand.grapes naturally, by the age of the vines and the small number of clusters of the same, is rich in both aromas and color, giving character and personality to our PHOENIX.we perform a process of double selection of the grapes, first in the field and then in the selection table. We then proceed to a cold maceration, days before starting the alcoholic fermentation. At the end of the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations, PHOENIX rests for 15 months in new French oak barrels, providing longevity and complexity to a tasty and fruity wine in the mouth.

Powerful and very intense. Combines tertiary aromas fused on a background of ripe red fruit
Boca:
Velvety, unctuous with an intense and structured palate. Ripe tannin, balanced and integrated with the French oak. Fresh and balanced acidity.
