It took 25 years for Matarromera to see the birth of a single varietal Verdejo from another area bathed by the Duero River, Rueda, on the occasion of the winery's anniversary. A barrel-fermented Verdejo worthy of Matarromera. Attractive greenish yellow tone, the measured use of barrels from several different cooperages, seek the perfect assembly for an outstanding complexity, where the aromas of fennel, fresh stone fruit and white flowers, marry perfectly with the assembled touches of its barrel aging as toffee, soft vanilla, cedar wood and soft toast. Elegant mouthfeel, fresh and unctuous at the same time. Excellent balance between measured acidity, structure and aromas, with a long, full, fresh and balanced finish.
