This txakoli, made with the Hondarrabi Zuri variety , is a fresh wine, with citrus aromas and notes of grass and flowers. It also has a refreshing acidity and a natural carbonic point. Another example of a completely Atlantic area is D.O. Arabako Txakolina. Although it is much more eastern than the Galician region, the influence of the ocean here is also total. With maximums of 19°C and minimums of 7°C, the thermal oscillation is very small.
