Sketch is a very special Albariño white wine. Sketch is made from the Albariño grape variety. The grapes come from old vines between 60 and 80 years old planted very close to the sea, in the area of Meaño, which gives the wine a special saline character, fermentation takes place in large barrels of 750 liters trying, as usual in Raul Perez, that the wood does not hide an iota of the identity of the terroir. Sketch does not undergo malolactic fermentation. It rests in the same barrels for 12 months.

Nose:
Complex nose. Predominantly white fruits such as pear and apple. Notes of white flowers, scrubland herbs and hints of citrus.
Boca:
In the mouth it is a fresh, unctuous wine. Lots of fruit in the mouth, hints of citrus with a special salinity. Long and persistent finish.
