The Maestro Sierra Oloroso 15 Años is a sherry wine that has its starting point in the base wine, made from Palomino grapes, which is headed with 18º wine alcohol. It has had an oxidative aging in oak casks of 500 liters under the system of criaderas and soleras. During the 15 years that the wine remains in the cask, there is a continuous and slow process of water loss, which is what gives structure and complexity typical of Oloroso.
