This wine has been made solely and exclusively with the Furmint variety. It has followed a process of evolution from the first harvest in 2000 to 2020. Over time, several improvements have been implemented in all its processes, from the vineyard to the market. The vineyards from which the raw material for this exclusive product is obtained have been specifically selected from plots located less than 200 meters above sea level. In this location, they are protected from the north winds and have an adequate density of vines. The state of ripeness of the grapes is checked periodically to proceed to the optimal selection of those bunches that are ripe, healthy and with the perfect golden yellow color. we recommend consuming it with fish rice dishes, grilled seafood and baked white fish. it leaves us speechless!
