El Vínculo Paraje La Golosa Gran Reserva 2017

One of our most special wines. Throughout the year, the vineyards of El Vínculo receive numerous hours of sunshine that give the grapes an exquisite ripening. Later, during the fermentation process, the grapes rest without light for 30 months in French oak barrels. Its uniqueness made this wine the first Manchego to be offered at an official reception at the Royal Palace of Spain. It is recommended to be served at a temperature of 14ºC and decanted half an hour before drinking. Ideal with roasts, grilled red meats and small game.
