La Confession is an AOC Saint Émilion red wine made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. On the nose it offers a wide variety of aromas ranging from ripe black and red fruits, such as plum and cherry, to notes of spice and cocoa. The palate is full-bodied and structured, with well-integrated tannins. It is opulent and seductive. It has a balanced acidity that gives it freshness. It is characterized by being complex and sophisticated, very concentrated. It pairs perfectly with a wide variety of dishes.
