In recent years, Pastaficio Del Colle has become known for its beautifully colored pasta shapes, all made with natural dyes.The company uses traditional artisan methods: shaping its pasta with bronze dies, selecting the best durum wheat semolina and letting the pasta dry slowly.The company was founded by Vito Nettis in 1920, and is now run by his nephew, also named Vito Nettis.Tiempo cooking time: 15/17 minutes.
