Large enough to smoke three racks full of low and slow cooking ribs, our Big Joe III model also comes standard with the revolutionary SlōRoller Hyperbolic smoking chamber for perfect low and slow cooks, the new Divide & Conquer 3-level flexible cooking system and a redesigned high quality carriage.You decide if you want to cook:1. With direct heat: ember or plancha.2. With indirect heat: horno.3. At low temperature and very slowly, or at the temperatures tradicionales.4. With or without humo.5. As a railway pot: to make stews on the Kamado.6.
