Moruga Madness is a sauce based on the powerful Trinidad Moruga Scorpion, a chili of Trinidad origin with about 1,500,000 units on the Scoville scale. It has citrus and typical capsicum chinense flavors. For this sauce Dr. Salsa decided to mix it with natural roasted pineapple, a little apple cider vinegar, organic sea salt, lemon juice, turmeric, white pepper, mace, coriander, ginger, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, cayenne and aniseed.
