The Rochelt Muscat grape comes from Burgenland, where it grows and ripens in ideal climatic conditions. It is characterized by its rich bouquet and floral aromas, slightly reminiscent of nutmeg at sabor.Nuestro winemaker harvests only fully ripe fruit at the optimum moment. We only process and burn whole grapes with all their juice and pulp, unlike traditional grappa, which is made from pomace. after maturation, this eau-de-vie inspires with its light floral aromas of grapes combined with mild spices.
