Honoro Vera is a single varietal wine made from the Garnacha variety. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 15 days, at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC. The grapes used for the elaboration of this wine come preferably from old Garnacha vineyards, with low yields, located on hills of 700-1000 meters altitude, planted mostly on rocky and clayey gravel soils. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for 2 months in French oak barrels.
