This Alvear Oloroso Asunción is a generous wine elaborated following the oxidative aging method, in American oak casks, by the traditional system of criaderas and soleras with periodic sacas and decantations, until completing an average age of at least 25 years, the perfect companion for an aperitif or any of our pork meats. Also a great accompaniment to cheeses and cured meats.
