This Marqués de Riscal Reserva is surprising for its fine aromas of licorice, black pepper, leather and ripe fruit. It is, therefore, a very expressive wine. This rioja is aged for a minimum of two years in American oak barrels and rests for one year in the bottle before its release. 2015 vintage Marqués de Riscal Reserva is a fresh wine that pairs perfectly with roasts, white meats, poultry, legumes, semi-cured cheeses, grilled red meats and sausages.

Nose:
Expressive with notes of licorice, cinnamon and black pepper, where the long aging in wood is barely perceived, thanks to its great complexity and concentration of ripe fruit.
Boca:
Fresh, with very pleasant polished tannins, good structure but easy to drink. The finish is long and leaves some light balsamic memories of great quality.
