The name Acero evokes the fact that this wine has never been in contact with oak. The grapes, specially selected for their aromatic intensity, are fermented in stainless steel in order to retain the purity of flavors. This wine is made entirely from the Chardonnay grape variety. Its varietal character is particularly reminiscent of baked apple aromas mixed with citrus notes.
