Spinach with Raisins and Pine Nuts 250g Mar Tret

Using only the most tender spinach leaves, with olive oil, sultanas and pine nuts, we get a complete, healthy and ready-to-eat dish. It is only necessary to heat it in the microwave or sauté it in a frying pan. If you wish, you can add a little ham, some beans or chickpeas. It is also delicious in omelette, as stuffing of "crepes" or to make "pizza" vegetariana.Elaboración:First the spinach once washed, chosen and chopped, they are washed in water with salt, so that they take the salt in its point. Once drained they are placed in a mixer machine. In a frying pan with abundant oil fry the pine nuts and then the raisins. Both products are added to the spinach as well as the olive oil and mixed.
